OMT *** TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR V IPSWICH TOWN *** Sun 10th Nov, 14:00 BST, The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Team is not better than last year, no improvement's in the way we attack or defend.

Solanke is an upgrade but, still not good enough wingers, and Ange havent found his best midfield.

Porro and Udoggie, great wingback, not good fullbacks defending.

Dragusin not good enough on the ball. Maybe not the centre back we needed with our high line?

Might be in the minority but right now I think I would rather have Keiran McKenna as Manager than Ange. At least he ex-Tottenham.

I am not sure how a manager can sit throught that first half and think, okay no changes required I will just send the same eleven out again.

Yes, a tad unlucky with the ruled out solanke effort and that penalty shout for handball probably gets given at Anfield. but still a poor poor display

We started the game flat. Ange didn’t hype the team up. From management to players we looked complacent. In the pre-game conference Ange says something like: we won’t take them for granted, but we very much did.

Had we approached this like the city game we would have walked it.

Playing a side who haven’t played midweek, gives them a bump up in probability of getting a result. We failed to stamp any authority on the game, when we reacted and tried to, it was too late and then we ran out of steam.

Same problems, same players, week in, week out, even when we win.

After over a year of Ange in charge, we just look so chaotic, like we have never seen a training pitch before... Even when we win, the problems are glaringly obvious.#

Of course, it is going to be the usual posters... It's only a game, on to the next one... Whilst the player, it's a poor performance and we need to learn from it...

I was thinking all week. We put the effort in we will score 4. Apologies for me putting in solanke for fantasy and whoever said they captain him, apologies on their behalf too. I was even gonna put Son in .....

Back down to earth we go

angeball is hopeless against teams that sit deep.
yeah the xg stats are better because we try to pass our way into the penalty box, but often its too crowded to score.

the attack/defence balance is way off if ipswich can score two away.

our players are rather soft and unfortunately don't know how to leverage the rules to get fouls that ipswich did a lot; so ange please some more physical fitness training please or is 2 games a week just too much?

something has got to give.

The lack of match intelligence on that pitch was fudging clear as day
Some really dumb players
Maddison come on and spanked everything out of play
Son shooting form range when a pass was better
Solanke at the end when he could hit it across the box and hits the keeper (thought him and Sarr were decent Tbf)
The defenders giving away fouls that you could telegraph a minute earlier
Utter tossers

there is no progress whatsoever, our defending is more shambolic than ever, he hasn't got a fudging clue how to fix it, and he's not even trying to
It's like nothing is learned...on top of my head most of goals I see Johnson just standing in the middle of nowhere when goals come in along with other defenders and midfielders....it's baffling

They didn’t sit deep
They played good football
Ange ball will suffer if players don’t do the basics
Like clearing a ball in front of you or winning a defensive header
