***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Expensive Stoke***

A lot of kneejerking going on here. We were quite good in the second half?

We lost due to one of the worst corner decisions of all time. Move on.
Second half was fine after a couple of "it's who we are mate" subs by Ange.

First half was poor, too many players not on their game and too disjointed.

Imo we'll be fine. Second best away NLD losing to some crap goals, happens every time.

He needs to go now.

No waiting till the end of the season.

We ain't getting a draw/win at Anfield in cup semi, no point holding on till then
Did the same with Mourinho when he got us to the League cup final and we lost it with another coach. Let Ange play it till the end, he got us this far. Should have let Mourinho play that final.

look at the difference in attitude, they would have felt we were fortunate to get the deflected goal, how did they react, they kept going until they scored, how did we react to that dodgy corner?

we are so fudging accepting of everything season, where is the fight, where is the getting a result through sheer force of will?

As expected. Fortunate to take lead, unlucky decision for 1st goal, silly 2nd goal to give away and after that it was all uphill.

The disappointment in the 2nd half was that we never looked like going for it or creating any real chances of note. The subs had little to no impact at all and as said above our best players again were the youngsters like Gray and Bergvall. The more senior players really should be doing more but I guess it shows their level.

Nothing much else to say other than we were well beaten by a much better team

6pointer coming at the weekend. Lose to Everton and we really are in a relegation dogfight

Some don’t believe it, but we’re sleepwalking our way towards it. 5 points from a possible 27. If we get dragged in I would seriously worry about how we’d deal with it.

Worst thing for me is I have no emotion when watching us play anymore. I know we're going to concede chances, give away chances playing out, and it's a lottery whether the opposition take them or not.

Been a long time since I've felt this disconnected to the team, I just don't find it enjoyable or entertaining, because it's stupid. We're less than the sum of our parts.

Have felt like that for months. Aside from about 4 halves of football in the last 12 months I’ve really struggled to see the exciting football the media keep going on about. I just see naivety and poor tactics.

The reaction may be based on league form which is likely to see us in 14th after tomorrow night, and genuinely wondering where the next points are coming from.

They are going guy the title.

We are missing nearly our whole starting defense.

Second half was very very even. Shows you don't need strength. You can play it around their press. They look average to front. But we let them boss midfield in the first half.

We needed more balls into the box. An equalizer wouldn't have been unjust.

Let them celebrate beating us with so many players out.

Bergy is getting better and better. Spence is showing what we bought. We just need some respite. I can't wait to see grey in midfield. He is learning from this.

We won't qualify for Europe via the league. We need to be all in for the cups.

Everyone complaining about the injuries tonight. For our first team we were really only short of our two centre backs. Are they important players to miss? Of course. But I’m sure the same could be said about Saka for them.

The rest of that team is close to as good as it gets right now. Spence is probably level with Udogie and has maybe performed better than him this season.

The biggest problem is we have no quality out wide most of the time. We need a top quality winger but who can we get?

Indeed. That said, I find it beyond cringeworthy that one of their players does it every two or three minutes.
It's a part of their time wasting, IMO. Eats up valuable seconds. Harder for the ref to blow the whistle for time wasting when players are celebrating, compared to when they just linger for ages with the ball in their hands instead of restarting the game.

Even better when the ref doesn’t take action against time wasting regardless, as he did tonight. I think it's fair to say from this game that PGMOL wholeheartedly approves using 30-40 seconds for kick offs.

Not that it mattered, we lost deservedly.
