OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Emirates Marketing Project ** Saturday 23 November 2024

NLS

Adel Taarabt
Saturday 23 November, kick off at 5.30pm, away at their place and live on Sky....

What with injuries and suspensions, this could well be the team to start...

Vicario

Porro Dragusin Davies Udogie

Sarr Bissouma

Johnson Solanke Son

With Emirates Marketing Project having lost their last four games this really is a classic ' Doctor Tottenham' type fixture....

However, the mighty Spurs like to surprise us and Emirates Marketing Project are a team we generally do well against..

If we did manage to win though a part of me would be quite annoyed as memories of the points we have thrown away already this season would come flooding back....

Lose, and we concentrate on the cups...

I was very impressed how that group protected Venom's goal in the cup match in the second half.

However, this one will be a different animal. City are wounded and this time Haaland will be on the pitch. You just know he's going to play off Davies's shoulder.

If we are going to get a draw or win, it will be down to that central midfield battle. The Biss / Sarr axis is critical.

Those four games were all away against tough opposition with some players injured / rested in some of them.
No such luck in Saturday I'm afraid. They are all back It's us with the injuries. Could get ugly. Hopefully not

Will be really tough and we'll have to be close to our best to get anything from this one.

A lot of the players have seemed somewhat fatigued recently. Some have gotten less playing time during the internationals, but still travelling and a lack of time on the training ground. Really could do with a properly energetic performance. And really need Bissouma and Sarr to have good games.

Have no idea what will happen. Could see any score.

Funnily enough, we're probably one of the worst sides City could be playing. I'd fancy them to beat almost anyone to end the 4 game losing run but with their history against us and our unpredictability, anything could happen. Last year, I was convinced they'd batter us and even with Davies and Royal at CB, we got a point.

I really don’t think losing away to City (even a massively depleted City) is a Dr Tottenham situation. It’s understandable, unlike losing AT HOME to feckin Ipswich! Deservedly so I might add.

you are right of course, its not overall, but 4 defeats in a row is an absolute crisis for them, its the worst run of Pep's career

I expect most of their injured to be back, apart from that I haven't a clue.

Could be we nick a 2-1 win or get battered 7--0, honestly I can't predict if we'll even make it easy for them and our lot don't need to run a comb through their hair after the match or if each player covers 15km and we look like a team of Pele's.

And I bet our own players don't know how they are gonna turn up.

Gut says a draw. Head says, as I have taken Haaland out (couple games ago) and put Dom in since Ipswich, says Haaland gets hatrick.
