That's not a bad side. We have no options on the right so Porro, despite not being the quickest or trickiest is probably our best option there (or maybe switch him and Spence). I'd personally start Dom up top. I know he hasn't been great but he can make the ball stick better than Richi in my opinion. Richi is also terrible technically. Having one there and one on the bench gives us (in theory) an attacking threat off the bench.
Richy is a better 'presser' so can see the logic, better in the air too so hopefully will get on the end of Porro's crosses. Simple reallyThat's not a bad side. Also, Pahlinha in the middle, while limited on the ball, at least provides a bit of bite and solidity that none of the rest do.
Fair points. Don't agree on Richi/Dom but see the logic.Richy is a better 'presser' so can see the logic, better in the air too so hopefully will get on the end of Porro's crosses. Simple really
Said earlier we need Spence to mark Mitoma or Minteh, stop them creating.
Palhinha to patrol the centre of the pitch and drop in front of the back 4 when Brighton have the ball to stop Welbeck getting involved. Gray next to him to pass to Xavi and go and create from there. That's what gets us the 3pts IMO.
If I see the same line up we had v Sunderland come Saturday evening I fear the worst.
We need the fans to believe we can win and get behind the players even if they don't believe we can. There appears to be some that have given up already judging by some on here. I fully get why they feel that way but there's still all to play for.I’m intrigued as to whether the atmosphere will be as united as Forest or as toxic as it was during the end of TF’s reign. Hopefully RdZ gets off to a winning start at home and the tide starts turning
100%. It's bloody difficult I know given the brick we've been served up but we need to believe. We need the fans to believe we can win and get behind the players even if they don't believe we can.
