**Official Other Games Thread, Season 2012/13**

Harry's been appalling at QPR, worse record than Hughes.

For once, he should just put his hands up and admit that he's at fault. With the time he's been there and the money he was given, he should at least have been able to take QPR up a place or two.

Something like 15 internationals in the squad?

Not really - sometimes the damage throughout the club is so severe that it isnt just about spending money but changing that mentality. Hughes brought a bunch of players who just wanted a payday - Bosingwa to name one. Cesar to name another. Those players dont care about the clu and dont see the move as anything other than payday.

Sometimes quality isnt just ability but its mental quality, he definitely doesnt have that in his squad.

It doesn't take away from the fact though that he's done worse there than Hughes. And that when given the money, he couldn't really help himself and bought the same kinds of players that Hughes had.

Im not surprised its Harry saying it, he who cannot or will be blamed for anything

Sounds to me someone who is looking for a pay off.. Keep making it sound like you don't have faith in getting them up will make the owner uneasy and maybe change manager..

Of course he'd say that. How's he supposed to wheel and deal if his current squad is already good enough? As I said somewhere else, he's trying to get himself sacked and taking the club down with him. Feel bad for QPR fans. I genuinely thought they'd have a good run in the top tier. Harry's gone fudged it up. They would have been better keeping Sparky in charge.

So, Arse v Wigan.

If we all go and place bets on an Arsenal win, forming irregular betting patterns, can we get them investigated?

What if we brick in their croissants? If they haven't recuperated by this weekend, then it's tough titties isn't it?

Harry was boasting about how much quality he'd brought in January. He decribed Chris Samba as one of the best defenders in the world. But there current situation isn't Harry's fault... It never is. Absolute
joke of a manager.

Oh well, wonder how he will cope next year in the Championship when no one gives a toss about him. I expect some big comments from him to stay relevant.

No other team deserve their own OMTs and bearing in mind what happened a year ago it's not even up for discussion. All the threads discussing Arsenal's upcoming matches are making me more than nervous.

He sold Faurlin, who looked a very tidy player before his injury and one who had been with QPR since before their promotion.

He had other options available than Bosingwa and Cesar for most of their matches, he made those selection choices. Against Saudi Sportswashing Machine he chose to start Bosingwa and Mbia despite both of them obviously wanting away, he had to change it at half time because he had made that mistake from the start. Not for the first time either.

Worse than Hughes really can't be viewed as anything other than a failure, one where he should accept at least some responsibility.

why can't Dembele play attractive possession football? and it would also help that Parker isn't deployed as a box to box mid...maybe we'd see an improvement if he's allowed to play his normal game (you know..the role that won him player of the season last year).

Because it's not his game. He's not an Arsenal type with pretty passing. He's a much more direct player. Pick the ball up and run with it, or lay off an easy sideways pass. He doesn't pass the ball forwards enough to play attractive possession football.

Granted if he was the least creative player in the side you could probably get away with it, but sat next to Scottie P? Laughable.

Especially with Bale in front of them as the AM.
