Quality player but seems to leave Madders and even Kulu in an odd position. But then again we need genuinely options.

Still I am a tad concerned that Frank is looking at Yves, Bents, Bergvall and Sarr thinking "I can definitely get a solid defensive midfield out of them lot". Maybe he's got it sussed, and I'll look like an idiot for thinking that's where the money should be spent - Fingers crossed.

If we are to believe reports (dealers choice if you do of course) Bissouma is close to Juve

It will all make sense come the end of the window. The big clubs get their main signings in early and then worry about the sales. Seems bit by bit Levy is changing the way we operate.

Gibbs-White would walk into our team, obviously there will be some players leaving we don't yet know about....

Not concerned about the way it's being done, just more concerned about whether that is our two big signings done and we don't get a DM. Gibbs-White is a great player so I've no prob with getting him once we also get the DM. Maybe I'm worrying about nothing and there's some cash coming in to allow us to spend more than I thought we would.

He was brilliant when I saw him play for England youth but that was a deeper role

Can't see that happening. No. 9's need to be able to hold the ball up, be good in the air, occupy defenders and bring others into play. Not really Brennans strengths.
