Historically Utd are a bigger Club than us. That's a fact. However when chosing a Club for the future surely you'd look at the following factors;
Chairman
Neither are saints but he's developed a good working relationship with Levy. Glazers and Woodward are renowned for being hard work.
Stadium
Old Trafford would historically be a deciding factor compared to WHL but with the new ground on the horizon I'm not sure there's much in it anymore, in fact a brand new stadium is quite a drawcard.
Squad
Ours is packed with young, English talent that Poch has managed to buy into his philiosphy. Sure Poch could work with many of those players but you see how he gets involved when Ali scores, he loves them and they love him. Rooney v Kane says it all.
Champions League
I don't want to jinx anything but its us or them.
Training ground
Carrington was the mutts nuts but these its Hotspur Way that sets the benchmark.
Staff
Paul Mitchell, his coaching team, sure they could all follow him to Old Trafford but I find it hard to believe he'll get the set up around him which is thriving for a while. Levy has worked hard on this aspect and isn't likely to hand it all over to the Glazers.
Location
London or Manchester. I mean come on, its a no brainer.
Now correct me if I'm wrong but in every one of those criteria we appear to be better positioned than them?
