The man oozes greatness. And he is starting to show more and more emotion. The players and him really seem to have that father son thing going on. Very very Fergie like. He only wants players that are 100% committed to him and his way. One show on indiscipline and you are gone. Going to spend the rest of the evening gushing about Poch. He as done this for us.
what's interesting is he improves every game ...
press, goals, first 11, defense all sorted ...
recently, tactical changes, impact subs, plan B/options with being able to choose from a broader group that if they start or sub in make an impact
