You should know that in 1993 the £3.75 Fergie paid for Keane was a British Record, so everything is relative.For one twenty fifth of the price.
Absolutely.This won’t be the norm. Not should it be. We’ve fallen behind and have to catch up. That means spending £300M+ on 5/6 players and some high wages free transfers this summer.
Hope would be this works out and the it’s about signings 1/2 marquee signings each summer and investing in the best young talent.
