I disagree.Davies leaves when his contract ends and comes back in a leadership role
Davies is just 31, and captain of Wales. I expect him to go somewhere where he can get regular first team football.

Actually, having heard him in interviews, I think it will be less coaching but rather upstairs management. He seems to be really interested in the business of football. I am not sure if you are aware but in 2021 he attained a Second Class Upper in Economics and Business from the Open University.Yeah - I reckon he'll go and do 3 years at Swansea, then come back into our coaching setup.
I’m not sure even Baresi is the best CB the world has seen since Baresi.Im calling it now - best CB the world has seen since Baresi
Doesn’t have top speed on YouTube vids
Form the tiny amount I’ve seen of him is normal human speed
No CB on the planet is VDV speed
He is def in the conversation, best I ever saw live, incredibleI’m not sure even Baresi is the best CB the world has seen since Baresi.
Yes of course he is, as a pure defender from memory I would probably go with Cannavaro but they were completely different style of players. Incidentally I remember talking to some Italians at the time and they reckoned that while Baresi was very good, he wasn’t as good as Scirea! He is def in the conversation, best I ever saw live, incredible
Nesta and Cannavaro were probably pretty closeI’m not sure even Baresi is the best CB the world has seen since Baresi.
Levy's apprentice then! Fight his way up the pole, then oust Josh for the top role when Levy retires.Actually, having heard him in interviews, I think it will be less coaching but rather upstairs management. Good to hear that what's been shown with highlights matches what you can see when watching the game.I watched the last 2 Westerlo games because you get a double bubble with both Vuskovic and Devine playing.
Vuskovic is CLEARLY the best player on the park, he just dominates everyone, pinging passes with both feet, strolling into midfield, laying it off, dropping the shoulder, beating players, dribbling with both feet, scoring headers, scoring strikes, scoring in scrambles, playing 1-2s, like a 15 year old playing vs 12 year olds.
Generally dominant and simply intercepts or wins headers and clears and is under control.Good to hear that what's been shown with highlights matches what you can see when watching the game.
Even though the Belgian league isn't a top league having a 17 year old dominate like that and a centre back at that is so rare.
How do you think his defending has been?
A championship team pushing for promotion, a Leicester or man utd, as long as it's not West ham.I wonder what sort of loan he'll be ready for next season with the rapid progress he seems to be showing?
fudge that. Play him next to Dragusin in our CL side.I wonder what sort of loan he'll be ready for next season with the rapid progress he seems to be showing?
In general, yes. But playing a high line means good pace is essential. No point in being able to read the game if you are 15 yards away because the tactics put you there. It's a great bonus in a centreback but reading the game is what makes a great defender, Baresi and Moore were classic examples.
Anyone know if he's quick? If so, It would be a major advantage the way we play
