Haven't seen anyone hype him up as the next messiah on here?

Part of what I like about this current crop of youngsters is that there's several there who are really talented. Not just the one.

it’s running with the ball that catches the eye. It looks great at juniors but he’ll get nailed every game in the premier league and so that will disappear from his game.

But he has got a good pass and there is definitely stuff to work on.

Can he defend?

Ooh, I was wondering who would end up with the magic number 900. Hopefully it is fitting that LWB nabbed it.

Thought he looked very bright tonight. The Donny players would definitely be thinking SMAAAASSSSHH every time he got the ball, but he wasn't smashed and did some really neat things in his few minutes.

Yeah. Very specific circumstances, late in the game, 2 goals up against a League One team. But he didn't look out of place and that's always good to see from a player that young.

Big difference between that and being ready for real PL minutes. But a solid step from the young lad and hopefully an experience he can grow from.

Early days, but on that showing deserves some more minutes, and looks like he's got more chance of stepping up without a loan than anyone we've seen recently. Looked like he was playing his normal game, and totally unfazed by the big crowd/men's football/spotlight etc.
