Harry Kane MBE

So good to hear 'Harry Kane, he's one of our own' ringing out loudly all around the ground once again.

He's now scored 9 in his last 12 PL games for us, whereas he only scored 1 in his first 13 this season. Huge all round improvement in form.

He's back with a BANG!

Harry finding his form was always going to be key to our fortunes this season - if he continues scoring at this rate then we can end the season well.

A Sonny purple patch would be welcome too
 
So many good moments yesterday, but that volley... That's just a thing of beauty. "Weaker" foot, bak dropping, never in doubt, just perfect. Such a difficult thing to get right, but with Kane it always felt like it was ending up in the net.

Fantastic player and back to his best.
 
This summer I reckon he’ll stay if we finish 4th, and push to leave again if we don’t. Even more pressure to get that top 4 spot!
 
So two years left on his contract to overtake JG.

Should motivate him rather than seeing him coast into his departure.

I can only think that signing Kulu and Bentancour must be a big positive for him. Two intelligent players who makes life easier for him, as well as a statement of intent from the club about future transfer dealings. That, as well as having Conte on board, could be enough to persuade him to stay. Add top four and CL (fingers crossed) to that too.

While there is still a lot of work to do, there are signs that we're on our way out of that slump we've been stuck in for a few seasons. Fingers crossed.
