Now the ESL is done (almost) with Sky& BT caring about the fans so much I'm expecting all football to be free from next season
The whole vaccine [emoji382] thing is really crucial too.
If the UK manages to stay open and keep an agile vaccine program ahead of Europe, large UK clubs will have an extra 100m over continental rivals.
You have ticket sales, corporate hospitality, increased shop sales, in our case other music and sporting events. How quickly events start back up will be crucial.
I think the ESL probably only got serious when clubs realised next season could be impacted and not necessarily back to normal. The likes of United, RM, Barca are used to having the extra 100m a year. It’s effectively spent already. They can carry the loss for a year but two years and they are in trouble. At least with us, we haven’t had a chance to spend our increased revenue too much.

Various thing on twitter and social media about punishments for the 12 clubs....would love to see someone try that! Levy's lawyers would have a field day!
Sky banging on about racism now minutes after Souness was banging on about how "Britain is a proper country" which by implication was saying America is not. Loves a national stereotype does Souness.
If they've moved onto racism then the volume will significantly fall, the story will change again soon, and there won't be any frontline pundits shouting aobut how they aren't going to shut up about the problem until something is done.
Exactly this. How can you complain about City or Chelsea and then support the ESL it's same fudging thing.Barca out as well apparently.
All you lot who outed yourself as plastic closed shop wannabes gonna have some egg on your face soon
Crying about City & Chelsea all these years but the first whiff of something like that for ourselves and you hitch you skirt. Ha ha
So you do want an Abramovitch to take over Spurs and spend the wonga? How so?
I still like the idea and if Barca are the last drop out and it goes ahead, I’ll be delighted, even more delighted as we add city and Chelsea to the clubs that will get fudged over.
I want what’s best for Spurs, what makes our future most financially secure, what gives us a chance of winning the biggest prizes.

Making us more of a laughing stock?I just hope this now has no effect on Spurs.
Integrity does thatThe Germans have come out of this well.
