Wouldn't have been given without VAR, but as the laws is written, definitely a pen, which is why we need VAR, stuff gets missed in real time.

Portugal should have had a pen for the shirt pull on Ronaldo which VAR did miss though.

The Ronaldo one was more of a penalty than the one Georgia got.
 
So Georgia (or Czech Rep) finishing 3rd and ahead of Hungary means England play Slovakia rather than Netherlands?

In that case even more amazing result for Georgia if they can hold on.

I don't know about that, Netherlands have been pretty crap too, and England would show them the due respect.
