Although we once managed to throw away a 3 goal lead to a Emirates Marketing Project side reduced to 10 men, so perhaps it's time for payback...
 
Shocking officiating all round. **** ref and **** linesmen.

- 1st goal offside
- 2nd goal never a pen
- Never a red card

Happens all too often

Someone should make a compilation of all these decisions. Would make a nice two hour DVD.

This just seems like one of these days, doesn't it. We go two down from bad refereeing decisions, fight back, have the upper hand, then miss golden opportunities to equalise - only to see all hope torn apart by a defensive error and a another crap refereeing decision.

Aguero is a world class striker though, I'll give them that. Brilliant finish. He's the big difference between the teams today, apart from him, we weren't far behind the Manchester Millionaires.

Mate, this is Soldado's first league start of the season, away to the champions and he's set up a goal and could have had another assist if not for Mason missing sitter and his overall play has been very good, Adebayor has been poor to average at best AND HASN'T BEEN SCORING
 
City worth the win today. We've played alright, lots of positives. But Hugo had kept the score down.

The ref is atrocious and it is shameful this happens. The Fazio red card is inexcusable and when the appeal over turned this joker should be benched. You don't need replays to see that cannot be described as a clear goalscoring opportunity.
 
For a moment, after the subs, we looked like we were applying the pressure. Think Lamela should sub for a bit. Unfortunately we lack the quality in key positions. Other than Eriksen, who seemed an afterthought, we really did waste the Bale spending money. it could have propelled us into the top 4, but instead has set us back several seasons.

Exactly. Soldado has been DIRECLTY involved in goals and chances not assisting the assister or assisting the assister of the assister of the assister as Ade has been doing so well
 
Even if the ref had been perfect we'd still have lost this, same old story, we need to cut out the mistakes, we make more in a game than most teams make in a season.

That's right because it's the first game he has failed to score in. Listen I like Soldado but yet again he fails to score and misses a pen.
 
Shall we list our grievances?

- Offside goal to them
- Conned into a pen for them
- A red that was not
- A missed pen to us
- Maybe one move we should ahve scored from.

Otherwise a good game. If we're honest they were a little better than us. But we were at the races. Credit to Poch.

How long are we going to say this though? We said it last season and before that too. Why are we continuously making mistakes? Is it the personnel? If so, why the **** are we buying mistake prone players etc...

He's been awful for 18 months. Really awful. He's 28. He ain't getting better. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll keep getting what you're getting.
