He does hold the ball better than Kane
It wasn’t Kanes strength IMO
He is ok at it big Solanke is up there with Kanoute I think for that kind of hold up

I think Kane was excellent at it too, although he favoured winning a FK in those situations.

Solanke was brilliant today, the assist for Porro was real smart, perfect pass.

Handy when killing a game
But Solanke is better at that part of the game for me

Its been said before i know but his workrate is as good as any CF and all he needs now is a few more goals and he will/should be up there with the best.

- 4 Goals and 2 assists in his first 10 PL games for us
- 2 Goals in 4 games in Europe for us

It hasn't been fantastic goals wise, but it's also a lot better than perception.

But it’s exactly what we missed up front last year
A striker who occupies the opposition
He is a huge part of why we’re top scorers

No goals scored by him, but we get 4, is fine by me. Also, look at his career stats, and there's always a settling in period for the first season of any new club, then the goals flow the following year.
