Yeah that run of games he forced himself into the team and when Benny was back think Redknapp incorporated him as left mid? Ditto Pav who came off the bench and kept scoring and got starts off the back of it.

Yeah, he played about 120 games in Redknapps last 3 years, really one for the next coach

There were reports of offers from both Birmingham and Forest. Redknapp of course denies ever considering it.

I don’t doubt there were offers…. I just doubt he was going to be sold/loaned if one single injury saw him stay.

Yup. He didn't need a loan he just needed to be played in his correct position. He was never any good as a LB. All his good attributes even at his young age were offensive. We and Southampton previously had tried to shoehorn him into a LB role he never suited.

You can register with as many clubs as you like (not simultaneously obviously), you can play for only two in a season.
