Yeah we know that isn’t gonna happen
Aren't they looking to shift neymar? Messi in the last year of his contract.
You are probably right though.

Well we all know that anything can happen in football but i would really be surprised if he decides to leave us. He has a chance here to win us trophys ( and we all know that is not a regular thing here) and by doing so will improve his standing in the world of football management.
If he managed to win the league with us that would make him a legend, not just to spurs fans. After all the sexy nonsense it would probably be seen as a bigger achievement than leicesters.

Too many things in play and it’s a kids toy don’t forget
City have built an empire by acquiring other clubsYet city approach it differently. Saudi Sportswashing Machine seem to be doing so too. PSG is becoming a bit of a joke. Doubt the qataris like that.
Who was?Psg were not the biggest club in France before the Qataris took over
Sorry I was editing my post and I’ve deleted itThat doesn't/didn't make them a big club, let alone the biggest in the country.

I agree but when they were brought the teams you mentioned were all waning
They were still one of the most known clubs. If you had asked football fans at that time to name 2 French league teams i think 8/10 people would mention PSG.Teams being on the wane doesn't change whether the clubs are big or not. See United & Liverpool as examples.
PSG were nowhere near the biggest club in France when they were bought, they just weren't

There have been some really good signings … and swiftly too with no mention of add ons or broken fax machines. The ITKs don’t know squat and are sweating … but are we still missing a few players in a LCB and a RWB for conte to cream his pants?
not being a downer but we are still a few vital players short of making it count. Conte didn’t come here to finish in the top 4. He came here for the title … does he still currently have a right to gripe? The RWB and LWB positions are vital for his system to work.
or are we done and see what happens?
whatever the answer is, it’s nice to see Levi finally bend over and do something different and back the manager to the hilt. I could get used to levy MK2, fair play.
Still think it’s a decent window but have glaring deficiencies that need addressing. I’m playing devils advocate here before you shoot me. But conte system only works fully with great wing backs and the requirement of a solid ball playing LCB that needs addressing.
the current signings make our squad soo much better but what signings really stakes a claim to be an automatic starter? I know it’s a squad game and with 5 subs it plays into our favour for next year.
Lenglet and spence should hopefully be done by monday.
Lenglet just don’t seem to do it for me at moment. Seems like we were after alternative targets and he was available so we will make do. I don’t know anything about the player if I’m honest but the reading on the forum seems like he will do well to push Ben Davies.
seems a little left field when compared to other players signed in the window.
