I'd say it is unlikely atm. Focus on the league and domestic cups for this season. We'll probably lose to Liverpool anyway in the EFL.
If we get our players back fit and firing I'd say we have a chance but wouldn't have us as favourites at all. But that is another reason we need to focus on league games, they will effectively be 'training' using them to get some form and confidence for the EL.....

The only focus we need in the league is to finish above 2 out of Leicester, Ipswich & Wolves. Not a huge ask. Either way I think he’s gone in the summer, I can’t see us signing up for another league season of this. I still think we might win a cup which would leave us with an interesting dilemma!

Ange is like he is in some post match interviews (glum/grumpy) because he's seen zero validation of his ideas and tactics.

He has his excuses, and with the big one, injuries, I think it's only fair (and pretty pointless not too) to give him until the end of the season, then everyone re-evaluates .

We'll be safe in the league (50pts?), what will be annoying is for this young developing side not having Europe next season (unless we win a cup)...that will be damaging.

Big games coming up with two of the bottom teams and ending with the two cup games.

Don't think we can tempt a decent manager at this point. Wish we had a caretaker like Hiddink but they are extremely rare. Mason for the rest of the season would be no better than this in my opinion.
I don't want to see Mason in charge again. When Ange does go, he can go too and get some experience else where.

We are 16 days in the window and no signing of defender, forward, winger, a keeper which we should have got 15yrs ago...Ange is having a mare and takes responsibility for where we are.

But I'm tired of this board and it won't change. At best if we are lucky enough to get decent manager. We will hopefully get back to top 6. And that is where we will remain until Levy buggers off.

So sick of this roundabout....I'm just gonna put up and shut up about it.

We'll likely be out of the domestic cups after our next two matches in both so that will free up some time.

We need to do our best to get in to the top 8 of Europe - the extra two games are obviously going to make things worse so that should be a priority- from there we can cut our cloth accordingly when the knockout games roll round.

We're favourites to win the EL
Who from?

our next two EL opponents are not very good.

Hoffenheim are in the bottom 3 with what seems like a players revolt

Should be 2 pretty straight forward wins

At this stage, we ignore the league at our peril. We can’t afford to get sucked any further down it.

Exactly

The next two league games are far more important then the second league of the league cup semi final.

We lose the next two and with our weak squad I think the decline would be to much for them to cope with.

Only changing manager can keep us up now.

I get we have defensive injuries and we may ship goals due to it but that doesnt excuse the fact we have a more or less intact front line. What is worrying is that the attack is not making sufficient chances, i cant remember the last league game (apart from southampton) in which an opposition keeper needed to play well or we made chance after chance.

They can go with him. Munn is just Levys yes man and what has Lange done?

Gray, Bergvall, Kinsky, Dragusin, Odobert?

If he's job is to pick up the best 18-21 YOs in the world, he's doing a pretty damn good job.

But ideally he works beneath Paratici, who focuses on bringing some established players in.
