I doubt that we would have been left that exposed. Also Lange has been involved in a lot of signings for both us and Villa before.

Would have made more sense in January than now, RDZ's game is quite intense, not sure he's got the legs for it. Always seemed a Frank signing to match the spam crosses from Porro with spam crosses from Robertson.
 
We need new blood and there is a lack of leadership on the pitch at points. It's better with De Zerbi's motivational approach but we still would benefit from players who have won things and are leaders in the dressing room. He was dropped earlier in the season and then forced his way back into the side, for me if he's wanted by the boss, we should get him. Turin is a dump btw. 😬
 
My Brentford mate cannot speak highly enough of the impact and influence of Henderson at the club, actual football talent aside. Maybe Robertson would be a similar presence for us.
 
No brainer. A free for an experienced winner with quality. And let's be honest. He has had a better season than all of our left backs even with his limited time
