We need new blood and there is a lack of leadership on the pitch at points. It's better with De Zerbi's motivational approach but we still would benefit from players who have won things and are leaders in the dressing room. I really find these comments humorous and always take my mind back to Gary McAllister who was available on a free in 2000 but everyone on forums like this dissed him because he was "past it" at 35 years and not good enough for us... typical Spurs fan snobbism... he went to the bin dippers and won them three trophies...
