That is already US policy under ESTA now anyway, so just seems a logical step.

She then testified on at least one occasion about issues that could have been proven one way or another by accessing that mail. (Un?)Fortunately for her, that mail server had been wiped and destroyed, as had plenty of mobile devices she used to access that mail.

I don't believe for a second that a person capable of using email is not capable of understanding the rule that classified mail stays on government servers and that government work is done on government servers so that there is an archive of it.

It's not a smoking gun, but I'd trust someone in her situation less than someone who won't publicise their tax returns.

I think Diclosure of classified information comes with a prison sentence. I'm also fairly sure that destroying evidence in order to keep it from a congressional hearing or an FBI investigation does too.

That said, I'm fairly sure some of Trump's tax avoidance measures could cost him a large chunk of money at the very least if made public.
