Good player and will add a lot of attacking intent, I’m just worried that we will have players flying down the wings and creating opportunities, and at the moment it’s either Solanke to convert or, Marmoush playing the role he did yesterday.

It’s been my worry for some time
We have some real footballing talent
But no goal threat

Marmoush I would guess, but can’t base on yesterday, see how he does with proper wingers

Agree with this. I think he’s good enough to ‘hold the ball up’ as a dribbler in the Marmoush mould, especially in a De Zerbi system. And could also still cover the left.

He is also capable of beating his man, but he’s too inconsistent with it, so I’m glad it looks like we’re signing someone who has this as their primary function.

Also absolutely mental to get 35m for Richarlison.

35m with a year to go on his contract. It’s weird to hear of us as the beneficiary of such a thing
