Nobody understands Premier League rules that's why senior High Court judges with vast experience still can't decide if Man C are guilty or not . Ndiaye joined Boreham Wood when he was 16 years old and stayed in England until 2023 so can't see how he doesn't qualify. Danso qualified as home grown as he spent several seasons at Reading and MK Dons as a junior, he left Dons when he was 16 to go to Germany so he did his qualifying 3 seasons or 36 months before he left . So no idea why he is shown on last seasons squad list as non-HG.

Maybe Borehamwood doesn’t have the status or facilities to count towards HG?
Could that be a thing? Purely a guess as I have no knowledge of this field
 
The League rule is “any club affiliated to The Football Association or the Football Association of Wales”. It does not say the club has to be in the Premier League or EFL.
 
I still have nightmares about that goal he scored to knock us out of the FA cup in 2023. The one where he slalomed past 5 of our defenders Ricky Villa style.
