Savinho

He’s also chose to spend £70M on Gordon and not sign him permanently though.
Who is also a very fine player, so thats not a massive slight

But there are likely various factors on that and clubs like Barce are generally seen as the final decision makers over their manager

Its been reported the fee at 29 and no recoup value played its part.

One factor I think some people miss is that Rashford was mainly a sub for Barca, a productive one at times but he also had plenty of poor performances. I can see why they didn't sign him, although Gordon for was an odd choice I stead.

With him coming to Spurs I dunno about him playing centrally. He did that for a time at United and never looked that comfortable, his hold up play isn't that great and he likes to play in from the left. He's very instinctual so I suppose if we got into a good rhymyh it would work but if we are having to probe and play for gaps that might not suit.

He's a difficult one because he is definetly a talented but to some extent the hype around is actually bigger than the player himself. If we were to go for him I think we'd find him quite frustrating at times but then realistically who isn't going to be.

He isn’t a central player for me
He needs room to play into which is why he suited the Barca team late in in games
I really think he would suit us and de zerbi
And his age also means he will allow others to develop behind him like Moore and LWB

Rashford is terrible for me, the one player I’d be gutted to sign. We saw in the World Cup he’s very good as running and shooting, but not productive enough, can’t pass and can’t tackle.

There’s a reason nobody is in for him and Barca would rather pay a fortune for Gordon…

Wingers are really there for tackling
His passing is ok IMO
