To be fair, I would say Romano is still fairly reliable all in all. Both the MGW and Eze transfers were not your standard transfers.

Again you saying you'd rather give Odobert the chance then cool, I'd like him to have been given the chance already as well but that doesn't seem like it's what going happen. Besides which monthly are joy on the same level currently, it's not really close either.
Romano is an aggregator rather than an investigator. He started out as someone who reposted transfer stories from all over the place and usually from confirmed sources but he himself was never the source.
A Romano "here we go" is still about as close as it gets without being confirmed. It's not confirmed, but it's close.
He has a line to most of the agencies. The here we go is when the agent tells him the deal is done. In MGWs case, the agent clearly thought the deal was done but our illegal approach put paid to that.
You don't even know we made an illegal approach - how comes Forest aren't still pursuing it? Because it's bollox. Either MGW or his agent fudged up by disclosing the clause, rendering it void, or Marinakis' bully boy tactics put MGW in check.
