They might have a chance with Carvalho as the big clubs no longer seem to be interested in him. Depends on whether this is just a publicity stunt or if it's leaked from the Portuguese end to attract others.

I like it in principle, but think we could get more than 20. Shaw's current value is somewhere around 20 million, and Walker went for 54. Shaw plus 35m or Shaw + Martial (which would never happen).

Not sure with the injuries shaw has had that he will ever come back fully but then Poch has worked with him so that is in his favour. I would probably want a little more money and Shaw for it to swing it for me.
