BTW Rose= our best corner taker. Can we get the PL to invent an American Football style rule just so we can bring on a specialist kicker for certain situations?

The reality is when our centre halfs have the ball they have no one to pass it to because of the way we are set up and the way the opposition are closing up down. So they just hoofing it because there's nothing on.

i've played in teams where there we played differently every 15 minutes. first 15 usually conservative. especially so if we were playing a new formation or meeting unknown opposition.

I didn't say I was a guru

totally different thing to saying that some people are hysterically inaccurate and I'm just a bit more sanguine about where we (spurs) are in this match

you see things your way, and keep tinkling your pants, and I'll kick back a beer or 2 and enjoy a comfortable 2 or 3 goal win.

which is what i think will happen, once the flood dies down, we will go on and take the game
