The Official 2014/15 Premier League Thread

Not sure how to feel about this game. It's always fun seeing City stumble, but West Ham really need to be put back in their place.

We should have gone for him. Definitely a player we could have needed.

Maybe we did make an enquiry and were told he didn't want to join us because of his Arsenal-connection?

WHU will easily be top 10 this season

Its amusing me to see all my pals who support WHU who were giving BFS so much **** last season now licking his **** left right and centre
 
song lucky not to see red there, didn't look like a foul and he hand balled it again. Typical tv footage though showing 3 replays of a half chance and not showing a potentially match changing decision!
 
West ham are in good form, just like Southampton were when we played them, most people were saying they'd beat us and finish above us as well. It's a long season, form comes and goes, no need to start jerking the knee yet.
 
I'm not knee jerking. I just think they have bought well and have a pretty decent attacking side. Defensively not amazing but better going forward than us currently! And as I say, they are not losing 4-1 to city...

theyre at home. going forward they don't look better than us. they have a settled centre mid though. Noble plays the ball forward and Song is better than any centre midfielder we have.

Yep because city at home and city away after a champs league game are exactly the same aren't they?!

I love these predictions at the start of each season, half the premiership are predicted to finish above us on here! Never works out that way though does it?!
 
Ok, I will wait to see how we do against City, but I bet we are not going to be leading 1-0 when they play us with 71 mins gone. Also, are you watching the game? West Ham have played very well, should be winning by more. City have just had 5/10 mins of control
But other than that nothing.
