Missed a trick with Lescott. I've been watching him closely and his positioning and awareness is superb. Just cursed him now haven't I?
 
Aside from Chelsea and City, the quality so far this year from the rest of the premier league has been mostly very very poor.

True, need to take advantage of that and make sure we're the best of the dross. With West Ham in fourth anything can happen.

Harry unlike the others f-ed us over whilst being one of our chief employees in the end; as Jordinho said he even contradicted himself about whether players needed to know who was manager was for the sake of getting a new contract, whilst Levy was away burying a relative in the States (I actually think he knew what he was doing in this regard and was hoping for the payoff; I think he hired Rooney's agent to make sure of it as well).

He knew CL winning the CL whilst we were in 4th (he wanted them to win it, remember?) meant no more Modric and with King and VDV not the same he knew he'd have to rebuild without CL so he gob-sh!ted his way out of it to keep his image intact.

The idea he left "on good terms" is laughable.

No matter what he does he will get bigged up constantly in the media (imagine if ANY of our other managers git such easy time of things media-wise?).
So it's only natural the mirage they paint is countered every now and then.
 
I listened randomly on the radio.

I was listening as Irvine took off Sessegnon for Malumbu in the last 8 mins or so. I wondered whether they would be giving up the initiative and pay for that. I went to do some stuff before coming back to listen just before full-time.

Is that how it panned out in the end? Was that sub significant to West Brom not getting the win?

Why is it laughable? Try and dial down the rage he makes you feel before you answer. He didn't **** off the club when he left, he left fairly quietly, by his standards. When we played QPR a few months later, he didn't **** off the club or AVB.

Why would he want a payoff? Where else could he go after the England job was off the table. Delusional.

Counteres every now then? Don't you mean every half an hour? I have images of your room being like Ray Finkle's in Ace Ventura :lol:
