One thing that's stood out for me watching is the interchanging and switching of our attackers. You can only assume that is something being approached by AVB long term

agree. And more broadly the 4-3-3 formation. Think the only reason we dont play it in the first team at the moment is that we dont have squad to play it - we dont have enough midfielders or the right balance of midfielders, it doesnt really suit Lennon and our CFs arent ideal for 4-3-3
