I think Ceballos might be the exception here.
Maybe.
Maybe Luongo. Maybe Bentaleb. Maybe Coulibaly. Maybe Veljkovic.
Whoever.......it would be nice if at least one of them finally paid off for us.

Raises an interesting point....
Have any of our foreign youth "products" made the grade before now?
The likes of Kamannan, Mpoku, Pekhart etc all fell by the wayside. As far as I can recall, the only youth players who've made a significant number of appearances for our first team are British and Irish.
Is there anyone obvious that I'm overlooking?
Because it's about time that one of these foreign youth players came good for us.
I thought he was good defensively and with the ball at his feet, which wasnt bad considering (i) the pitch, (ii) he'd only been at the club 4 days and (iii) they were playing the best team in teh division. Personally I thought he showed more promise in that 1 game that I've seen in all the games Liverbore has played
I was more impressed by him than i have been with Livermore ever to be honest.
Get a few million for livermore and promote Luongo to the first team
Doubt you could call Ekotto a product of our youth system. He was 22 when he arrived.Ekotto
Ekotto
My money would be on Luongo out of the overseas youngsters - very impressed with him on Saturday. Best player on the park in Siwndon's league 1 game and was also their man of the match last Fri
