My payrisee are a trade off between salary, dividends and further investment, so they don't have any effect on inflation.

It's easier up here in the North. I have earned well under £30k/yr my whole life but the market in the area has still enabled me to get on the property ladder.
London/the South is such a disproportionate distorter
