Milkshaking should be both a valid form of protest and assault. For those to whom such nonsense matters, then they should be willing to take the consequences. I'd be interested to see how many of those throwing shakes are able to pay for the replacement of what are likely £2k+ suits.
disagree Assault is a criminal conviction - way over the top. should be a civil suit if you want them to pay or small claims. If its repeatable issue an asbo or banning order or some such.
So what happens when the minimum wage monkey can't afford to pay for the suit? Then there has to be further recourse.

Maybe but she didn't throw battery acid so I was a little lost. If we start criminalizing "jokes" (she isn't funny) as the same as committing the act we are going to have very busy police and there are a fair few comedians out there who are going down for life.
