Am I correct in that Victor is the only one who if booked against Watford misses the chelsea game?
No, Bassong too.
I'd rather lose to Watford and win against Cheatski than the other way around. Our realistic aims at the start of the season was a good top four challenge. We can achieve that aim without winning our toughest remaining home game.

Errr surely the slate is wiped clean after Dec 31st? Neither should be at risk from being suspended for cheatski, unless they get sent off

Nope
Anything before that date incurs a ban after that date
If you get to 5 bookings on or after Jan 1st you don't get suspended. The next date of relevance after the '5 yellows by Dec 31st' rule is 10 yellows by [early April, from memory].
Spurs boss is not yet thinking about his side's game with Chelsea on Wednesday.
"For us the most important game is Watford to try and reduce the gap on the top four," he says.
"We need to be focussed on Watford that's the most important thing for us.
"Chelsea are a long way ahead. It will be tough for all the contenders. They have a good gap to second and 10 points to us but we'll fight to reduce the gap.
"It's only half the season gone, there is a long way ahead and we'll have a good opportunity when we play them but first we must beat Watford."
For example, a Premier League player earning their fifth caution of the season on or after 1st January would not earn any ban.The FA website is clear
If wanyama or Moussa get booked vs Watford their out of Chelsea which is what I've been saying
I'm not saying we shouldn't aim for the title, I just don't believe we can for the following reasons:
- Mentality - Every time we have the chance to win and go top we blow it. We can't even get to the top of the league let alone stay there. Ourselves and Arsenal can't deal with any kind of pressure that comes with being title challengers. We seem to perform much better when people don't talk about us.
- Goals - We don't create enough chances for Kane and we aren't clinical enough with the chances we do create.
- Our bench isn't good enough.
- We draw too many games.

Isn't that table just a list of players who've received 4 yellows to this point? Its the round of games at that point e.g our game vs Watford
Hence why if you oook at the same site and search for players one game away from a suspension you get out two (you can search by club)
It's actually a good thing the FA have for once

The wording below is very clear - "On or after January 1st", not "round of" or "weekend of" - it very specifically states Jan 1st.
