Yeah, what's happened to him. He's gone from regular squad member to well nowhere.
 
It is now 9 years since we last won a trophy, the Carling Cup in 2008. We have never went more than 10 years without winning a trophy since 1951. So, we have to win a trophy in the next 2 years to keep that proud record. We used to be the most successfull club in FA Cup but we have not won it since 1991. It is good that Pochettino ia aiming to win the league title. But he should not abandon our Cup tradition, especially the FA Cup. He should try to win the FA Cup by playing our best available players.

We have a good record against Villa, winning 12, drawing 3 and losing 1 of our last 16 matches against them in all competitions. Hope we will continue our good record against them by winning this match. Despite our good record, want us to play a strong team and only rest injury-prone players like Dembele. I think Kane must start this match. Janssen has not played much lately, so not sure he if he can score. Maybe he can come on later in this match.

I think we can rest Dembele and play Wanyama and Dier in midfield. We should not use any youngsters as we have never been convincing whenever we played youngsters there. There is no reason why we should rest the likes of Eriksen and Alli. They have been in excellent form recently. They should continue playing to keep that form.

Our defence have been shaky whenever Vertonghen or Alderweireld is not playing. But we can rest Alderweireld and play Wimmer in his place. Alderweired has been struggling with injuries lately, so it will be good to rest him. There is no doubt that Vorm will play in goal. Hope Vorm will be at his best to keep a clean sheet in this match.

Performance is not really important in Cup matches, as long as we win. Hope we will do just enough to win this match to progress to the next stage of the FA Cup.

I think that the central defence pairing there is too inexperienced. I'd be happy for either to play but I think that they need a more experienced player alongside.

After the great win over Chelsea, we should not get complacent. Hope we will turn up with the right mentality against Villa and win this match to progress to the next round.

Not as simple as that. Some of these players need experience around them. They are very good players but without someone helping them along the way its a lot to expect from them.

I fully expect Alderweireld and maybe Dier to start. Wouldn't be surprised to see Eriksen or Dele Alli start either.
 
It's a nice position to be in, we don't have a mid week game so we could field our best XI, I would like to see some players get a break like Eriksen, Alli, Dier and Wanyama and some to get game time Wimmer, Davies, Janssen and Nkoudou. I agree with the suggestion that too many changes make it difficult for team play and experience is needed to help younger players plus a goal threat.

Poch has said that we'll rotate in order to give people games, and also made noises about importance of a winter break in the same interview, and a first-teamer who isnt involved today get a 10 day break

Reasonable team, wrong formation. We should continue with three at the back IMO. If Dier drops deeper, this allows Tripps and Davies more licence to get forward down the flanks and open Villa up.
