Without wishing to debate whether or not TS deserves to be here in the future or not, I'm not so sure that Levy will get someone else in.

My choice would be LVG, but I just can't see this happening. I can still see TS here in August, Levy breaking a habit of a lifetime.

Personally I thought the original story reaked of an agent doing his job and advertising his client.

So far as Sherwood goes; I think it will depend on how we perform more than finishing position (although less than sixth would be bad). If he can sort out that back line of ours and get us playing a decent standard of football he may get kept on. Personally I still would like LVG but Sherwood might suprise people with a pre season to work in.

Substandard product on the cheap? I thought that was his MO.

I think there will be a lot of very angry ST holders if Levy leaves us with amateur hour for any longer than the 630 minutes that we are already counting down.

Sad, but true ...and whence the jewels-in-the-dust to mitigate the best efforts of this new generation of silk-purses-out-of-sows'-ears the next appointee will be asked to make, on pain of his job?

I meant as in give someone time.... but I suspect your interpretation is more probable!

I said in the match thread but any win against pool on Sunday and I think Sherwood keeps the job. Get hammered and wave bye bye.

Poch is being linked again and left wondering what he could do with our lot. He's not done badly but would he be too much of a risk? Given his time in the EPL is he more of a risk than LVG or FDB or spalleti? I'm not sure he is.

For me it's all about respect from the players and that's where LVGs vast experience puts him way ahead of anyone else.

Scara and Gutter, would you accept Rafa Benitez as our new boss in the summer??? actually I throw it out to everybody. It seems his name is being constantly mentioned now as a possibility. Im not sure tbh, although the fat waiter version at Chelski was a lot more humble and likeable than the arrogant know it all one at Liverpool

Yes fuvking yes.

I'd definately take Benitez, just for the fact it would make most Liverpool fans I know cry (they still see him as the second coming of Jesus there).

And how many empty seats there are

Ancellotti (who levy had lined up to take over from redknapp before his last season) is moving closer to getting sacked by Madrid in the summer with every bad result they get. Looks like they'll be finishing way down in 3rd in la liga. If they lose to Dortmund I'd say that's him gone.

would moyes ever come into the frame should man u decide to part ways? not like we've never done something like that before.
