People are worrying about Spurs having their manager poached. When was the last time that happened?

Has it ever happened? Can't think of any managers who have been "poached" by another team. Besides, we need to actually have a manager before he can be poached. Unless Mason will count as being poached if he leaves for a permanent role somewhere else?

With where we are in the food chain, it’s extremely unlikely to happen. A coach performing that well means we are challenging at the top of the Premier League. There’s not many places you can go from there. Pochettino was never rumoured to leave.

The only way it ends at Spurs (and most clubs at the top) is being sacked.

Tbf there were rumours of Poch leaving to Utd or Real, but that’s the sort of status of club that a manager doing well at Spurs could go to. So I think your point still stands, it’s only a handful of clubs that could poach a manager from us.

Agree, although United tried fairly hard, Sir Alex was wining and dining him.
