I didn't think 'Daniel, COYS' was anything but a fairly cringeworthy attempt to appear one of the lads after a truly awful defeat; a defeat which came about largely as a result of his latest fudging awful decision (i.e. to appoint a caretaker for the top 4 run-in whose managerial experience amounted to 16 games in Serie C, and who was second in command to someone deemed surplus to requirements.)

Apart from that, the tone was spot-on. :D

That's not what I asked. How should he sign off, other than using his first name? Or is 'COYS' the problem?

Who would fill you with confidence?
Honestly, i don't know.
A lot depends on the model the club want to follow, and I'm not confident that the club either have a defined and set plan or that they can identify a manager to carry it out.
I understand the desire for nagelsman, but I'm wary of him. His success has come early and all in Germany
Slot sounds good, but will he be given time for a rebuild.
Enrique is just a solid no for me.
De zerbi I know little about.

Apparently we have been in talks with Nagelsmann for at least a few days now
No evidence of that, but that's fine. I am pretty sure that the entire club is fully focused on the manager and DoF search trying to identify the best combination possible. We'll hear a lot of stuff through the end of the season, but I would not pay any attention to any of it. The board playing things very close to the chest, as it should be.

I don't think you'll have get Levy or Nagelsmann etc admitting talks are officially ongoing but hearing the news from multiple journos is as close as it gets. Obviously we know from the Nuno search that people can drop out and our attention can change day by day but it's good to hear that things are happening
