Ralf as DOF with Nagelsmann as manager?

If we could get something like this sorted to show there is a plan that would be massively refreshing, as opposed to pulling out every trick to appease fans ie making the fan favourite manager, paying back fan tickets for Saudi Sportswashing Machine, launch of fan advisory board etc (not saying they're bad moves but it's just PR).

Can imagine we'll just be sitting on our hands until the end of the season just ticking off games so it'll finally be over.

Did wonder that the other day
We have spoke to Ragnick a few times before
He also gets how to structure and set up a multi level club which is something we have ambitions to do (own other clubs in other countries)

This might be stretching, but I could see Scott Munn with his experience at CFG liking Ragnick.

Ralf Rangnick on Nagelsmann to Spurs.

“I think Tottenham are an exciting club in more ways than one,” he said. “They probably have one of the most modern, beautiful stadiums in the world at the moment.

“They have one of the best training centres there is at the moment and Daniel Levy, who has been running the club for many, many years.

“Although he is not a big spender, he knows the football business and would not put himself in the centre of the cameras.”

“If Tottenham really want him {Nagelsmann], then I think it would be important if a sporting director was still there to stand by him,” he added.

“This can be a very, very exciting story. There’s room for improvement, a lot of room for improvement, and yet it’s not a club where you expect to finish in the top one, two or three right away.”

Appoint both on 5 year contracts and give them free reign.
What is interesting is his quote "...would not put himself in the center of the cameras." Other than appointing or sacking a manager, it's true that Levy does not meddle with the manager and the team. Which begs the question: do other owners typically get more involved? Unless Rangnick was comparing him to Boehly, the previous owner JN had interviewed with.

I like the idea of Rangnick and Nagelsman but I think if we had been in discussions with RR he wouldn't be saying things like this to the press.

I thought we'd get DoF than manager as the expectation is the former would oulast and help select the latter?

I think Rangnick gave a lot of advice to United that was completely ignored

Sometimes the universe just leads the way for you. Daniel Levy, you know what to do. Just do it!
