I think Bielsa is great, given the right circumstances at least. But Dyche for Everton seems like a no brainer if he wants the job.

Southampton only wanted to give him a contract until the end of the season. He not unreasonably wanted more.
What are they playing at? He's not a supposed relegation specialist like say Allardyce, so why pick him now. If they don't have confidence in him then they should be looking elsewhere.
