Total opposite to Levy who has built strong foundations for the future with the infrastructure.(formerly) 'Sir' Fred Goodwin also made a bunch of great decisions for the Royal Bank Of Scotland once upon a time, turned them into the biggest bank in the World in terms of the size of the balance sheet. Does that mean he should be CEO forever?
Yes he's made some mistakes in the last few years, a few short term mistakes but long term we're in a really solid position. It looks like he's getting the more short term stuff right again but that remains to be seen.
