They don't have the income to be able to buy players that would get them into the premier league for starters. Even the likes of Leeds with bigger revenue struggle to get the players to stop them being a yo-yo club. New owners can't just come in and splash their own cash on the players and do a City. They don't have the fan base to fill out a big stadium and they can't charge the higher prices we do for tickets.
