Who would you want as the new Director of Football?

Lots of people stay the Stutgart manager is really good and one we should have on our list, their sporting director looks to be Christian Gentner but he's an ex player who got promoted up and is only 39 and 18 months into the job so not sure he's someone that would leave but maybe look at taking both of them.

In France and Germany, they've been using that kind of structure for a long, long time. PSQatar killed the Ligue 1, but the Bundesliga is still fairly competitive and, in recent years, it's been a decent proving ground for lots of decent/quality coaches. I don't follow football as closely as I used to but that's where I'd start looking first.

We're still a fairly good name and a decent stepping stone for someone looking to make a name for themselves in the Premier League, so it'd be worth a look.

Each club have their own constraints but I feel the Bundesliga is where we could find models we could emulate.
