Victimpool FC - Klopp leaving, grown men crying

I thought we were incredibly supportive of Soldudo, it's really difficult to compare fans treatment of players given the much smaller sample size of engagement compared to your own fans.
We've been pretty good with managers and as a fanbase in general we may moan to each other but we also take a lot if disappointment on the chin. I overheard a young goon on a train around a year ago saying he only went to away games as they were easy to pick up as Goons were playing brick, can't imagine that happening to us.

The amount of money they get in for players is evidence of corruption too, 130 odd million for countinho, to Barca, who wouldn’t have got into their under 15’s.

Lovren wasn’t worth 12 quid let alone 12m.

They are clearly part of a massive money laundering scheme.

clams.

Getting 130 million for Coutinho has nothing to do with corruption but every thing to do with how poor run Barcelona have been over the last few years, which ended up with them losing Messi and them having to pull "levers" in the summer.

it's the dippers, its dodgy, everything that happens there is

I thought the conspiracy theory was they’d be starting up their cycle again post World Cup?
That would ruin the conspiracy theory!

But other than Van Dijk's decline and Mane's absence their press does seem be noticeably weaker.

Maybe Klopp has had too much say on purchases since their DoF left too?

Funny how both the joint golden boot winners from last year have fallen off a cliff. The whole right side of pool is brick defensively. TAA is brilliant going forward but useless defensively. Having Matip beside him and Salah who seems to be sleep walking at the moment and it leave an area that every team seems to be exploiting. Of course when we play against them we'll put Son up against them and he's also sleep walking so no advantage to us.
Add into that Nunez can't hit a barn door and for some unknown reason their press has disappeared and it makes for a mid table team.

They lack a strong and consistent presence in the centre. Attack and defence looks disjointed, shifting the ball across the pitch looks more laboured and not instinct led.

Come to think of for different reasons, so do we.

No single problem

- Teams/managers have cycles, looks like theirs is up.
- Front line has a lot of quality but not a lot of chemistry, and no one willing to sacrifice themselves like Mane was
- Team is aging in general
- VVD is not the same since injury (their entire defense was build on VVD being elite)
- Teams know to target their FB's as they can't defend for brick.
