It's connected to the handball rule I think. You can now score with the part of the arm that's covered by a short sleeve.
No, parallel lines trend to a point as distance of perspective increases.Looking at the lines used surely VAR are also using the wrong angles? A football pitch is square so the line is surely parallel with the box? Their line goes off at some ridiculous angle?
