Transfer speculation

Now that Atletico have had their transfer ban upheld we should be making Lacazette our No.1 target imo. Other clubs will be interested, other clubs can pay more but I definitely think provided we could agree a fee with Lyon that he would see us as his best option.

Tottenham Hotspur: Patrik Schick

Such is the quality of Tottenham’s first-choice XI, it’s difficult to think of a position that needs strengthening, with squad depth instead the priority for Mauricio Pochettino as he looks forward to another season in Europe. With that in mind, he may look to sign another forward following Vincent Janssen’ struggles last season. A bid for Sampdoria wonderkid Patrik Schick has been reported. The 21-year-old Czech international scored 11 times last season despite starting just 14 of his 32 appearances. His invention and strong dribbling ability could be put to use in a wider role too.

I will not deny I am slightly concerned by the fact that the Goons actually bid £100m euros for Mbappe.

I'm not, probably means

- Sanchez is off, if they got Mbappe at best in first season it evens out

They have fallen into the Manure trap, buy names or big deals more aligned to making a statement than balancing the team on pitch for results
