As others have said, he'd have to go to court (and there is zero chance it gets resolved pre window closing)

And if you were Kane, if City/United/Chelsea really want me, pony up the money, if someone put £140M/£150M on the table and Spurs said fudge off, he could push. But if it's the flimflam we are hearing which is take some cash and a few players we don't want anyway .. why would Kane push on his side?

I believe there was an agreement amongst the big clubs never to sign a player that did it. As it would wipe off a lot of the value of their players.

Plus the £12.8 mil from Foyth, rounds out to about £18 mil. Can we please just continue to rack up some good money and just get 4-5 top guys? Like Sabitzer, Ramos/Boateng +1CB, Bale back, Aarons (if we can't get Hakimi) etc. I liked that we went after Donarumma, shows some ambition.
