agree with this. apart from the first 5 or 10 mins it's not been bad at all.
 
Bit worried at the start of the game but to be fair that ended up being a great half for us. Very impressive performance. Got back some control in the game and scored a really well worked goal. Gotta keep it going in the 2nd half.
 
I think we need at least one more - they'll come at us strong second half like how they started the first and I expect us to yield at least once ourselves. They seem to be able to get their tempo higher than they were able to during the Everton and Saudi Sportswashing Machine losses.

Good half from us though in a way, I wish our fans weren't olaying and giving Moyes the sacked in the morning chants when we're only one goal up and it's the first half!!
 
love how our front 2 couldn't give two sh**s to run about when the balls in United's defense. They have both done their jobs well (Ade in particular on corners) in defense. United have to come at us now and we're looking dangerous on the counter once again \o/ haven't been able to say that for 2 years =D>

just hope we go for 2, 3, and 4 instead of sitting back
 
Well done Spurs. All about milestones. Ride out the first 5 mins after the goal, then make it to half time. Shout out to Daws and Vlad at centre halfs. Dealing with balls into the box like lions but Daws distribution and use of the ball has to be better. He looks so bad sometimes.

Rose was dreadful, but improved so keep your head up lad.

Big big half coming up, they are going to come at us hard and if they get one the momentum swings. Like dempseys goal last year the timing is so so important. It dictates the ebb and flow of a game
 
Loved Lennon's movement for his chance, good speed, great timing. He's been doing that a couple of times recently.

Chiriches needs to learn when to play and when to clear. No ****ing about on the edge.

Capoue solid, Dembele not had a sniff, Eriksen composed. Needs to make sure helps Rose like Lennon helps Walker.
 
Wouldn't be surprised if Rooney doesn't come out for 2nd half.

Soldado's chance was the absolute worst kind of miss for him just now - one that looks easy/"open goal" but really wasn't. Brutal for his confidence and our expectations. Should still have scored. He's played well overall.

Vlad had another shaky start but when things settled and started going right for him he looks so, so smooth.

Rose we need to develop. Clearly, clearly has the ability, just needs experience/cool.

Almost all our players finished half looking really good. Some epic little triangles.
 
Soldado needs to be taking these chances. Before Sherwood, he genuinely didn't have any chances, so i gave him the benefit of the doubt. Now he's missed about 6 easy chances in 4 league games.
