Some latest news for you all this morning - the man is inside the crane operating room - the site is being shut on police request for safety concerns, so don't expect any work done till at least late afternoon if incident is over shortly. Emergency services remain in very strong attendance on the high road. Negotiators have been speaking to him for nearly 12hrs.
